FIRST PITCH STORIES

Evan I. Schwartz and Producer partner Gary B. Goldman (First AD: THE MENU, HOUSE OF LIES, RAY DONOVAN, SHAMELESS) have formed Los Angeles-based First Pitch Stories LLC, a WGA signatory company that develops and finances feature films and episodic television series.

Our team selects properties with powerful stories that can be profitable in today’s film and television markets. We partner with artists, producers, studios, and distributors to bring those stories to global audiences.

Original Screenplays

Three original screenplays by Evan I. Schwartz - for a feature film and two television pilots - have placed in the Austin Film Festival Script Competition (2023, 2024, 2026)
